1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

    • It must be returned with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

  • Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, sale/discounted items, or customized products are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
