Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Fashion Street, we aim to deliver your favorite products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • We deliver across India using trusted courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.).

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

    • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available on certain orders (if mentioned during checkout).

  • Otherwise, a nominal shipping fee will be charged at checkout depending on the order value and delivery location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD handling charge.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

5. Undelivered / Rejected Orders

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

  • Refunds for such cases will exclude shipping & COD charges.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within India only.
